Illume is a wellness and personal development application that provides personalized audio experiences, affirmations, guided meditations, manifestation content, journaling experiences, soundscapes, and other related content.
Certain content may be generated or personalized using artificial intelligence based on information you provide.
Illume is intended for personal wellness, reflection, relaxation, and entertainment purposes only.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Illume.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Illume only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
3. Your Account
Certain features of Illume may require an account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account.

4. AI-Generated and Personalized Content
Illume may use artificial intelligence and other automated technologies to generate personalized scripts, affirmations, audio, recommendations, titles, prompts, or other content.
You understand and agree that:
- AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, incomplete, repetitive, or unexpected.
- Illume does not guarantee that generated content will produce any particular result.
- Manifestation, visualization, affirmations, meditation, or similar practices do not guarantee specific personal, financial, relationship, health, career, or other outcomes.
- You should use your own judgment before relying on generated content or acting on it.
Illume may modify, regenerate, moderate, refuse, or remove generated content where reasonably necessary to operate or protect the Service.
5. Wellness and Medical Disclaimer
Illume is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, financial, legal, or other professional service.
The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, seek advice from an appropriate licensed professional.
If you are experiencing an emergency or believe you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
6. Subscriptions and Purchases
Illume may offer free and paid features, including automatically renewing subscriptions.
Subscription options, pricing, billing periods, and trial periods will be displayed before purchase.
When you purchase a subscription through Apple's App Store or Google Play, payment is processed by the applicable platform and is also subject to that platform's terms.
Automatic Renewal
Unless canceled before the end of the applicable billing period, your subscription will automatically renew and your payment method may be charged for the next billing period.
Free Trials
Illume may offer free trials or promotional periods.
If a free trial converts into a paid subscription, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel within the timeframe specified by the applicable app store.
Deleting Illume does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Cancellation
Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google must generally be canceled through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
Cancellation stops future renewals but generally does not provide a refund for the current billing period.
Refunds
Payments made through Apple or Google are subject to their respective refund policies. NOBLE PATH VENTURES LLC may not have the ability to directly issue refunds for purchases processed by those platforms.
7. User Content
You may provide Illume with information such as goals, intentions, manifestation topics, journal entries, prompts, preferences, names, descriptions, or other content (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content to Illume, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, modify, and use that content solely as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
For example, we may process a prompt you submit in order to generate a personalized script and audio for you.
Our handling of User Content is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the right to provide any User Content you submit and that your content does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use Illume to:
- violate applicable laws or regulations;
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- harass, threaten, exploit, or harm another person;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or another user's account;
- interfere with the security or operation of Illume;
- scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or systematically extract content from the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- introduce malware or harmful code;
- use automated systems to abuse or overload the Service;
- impersonate another person or entity; or
- use the Service for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
9. Intellectual Property
Except for User Content and third-party materials, Illume and its associated software, designs, interfaces, graphics, branding, logos, text, audio arrangements, features, and other materials are owned by or licensed to NOBLE PATH VENTURES LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Illume for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
10. Generated Content
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use personalized content generated specifically for you through Illume for your personal purposes.
Your ability to claim intellectual property ownership over AI-generated material may vary depending on applicable law.
Illume does not guarantee that generated content will be unique. Similar or identical content may be generated for other users.
11. Third-Party Services
Illume relies on third-party services to operate certain features, which may include:
- cloud infrastructure;
- artificial intelligence providers;
- text-to-speech and audio-generation providers;
- authentication providers;
- analytics and crash-reporting providers;
- subscription management providers;
- Apple App Store and Google Play; and
- other technology service providers.
Your interaction with third-party services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.
12. Availability and Changes to the Service
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of Illume at any time.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
We may impose reasonable usage limits where necessary to protect the Service, manage technical capacity, prevent abuse, or maintain a sustainable user experience.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
NOBLE PATH VENTURES LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
We do not warrant that:
- Illume will meet all of your expectations;
- the Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free;
- AI-generated content will always be accurate or appropriate; or
- use of Illume will cause any particular outcome or life event to occur.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NOBLE PATH VENTURES LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Illume.
This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid to Illume during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
- USD $100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NOBLE PATH VENTURES LLC and its affiliates, employees, officers, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
16. Termination
You may stop using Illume at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to Illume if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create legal or security risks, or where suspension is reasonably necessary to protect Illume or its users.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
17. Privacy
Your use of Illume is also governed by the Illume Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Illume evolves.
If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, website, email, or another reasonable method.
The updated Terms will become effective on the date stated in the revised version.
Your continued use of Illume after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, where permitted by law.
19. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to NOBLE PATH VENTURES LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
